1. Custom Products (Including Custom Hoodies, T-Shirts, and 3D Models)
Due to the personalized nature of customized products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Custom products include, but are not limited to:

Exchanges for Custom Products:

Custom products made to your specific requirements (e.g., custom 3D models, graduation apparel) are non-exchangeable unless an error has been made by us in fulfilling the order.
2. Non-Custom Products (Including Pre-Made Hoodies, T-Shirts, Banners, and Digital Products)
For non-custom products, such as pre-made t-shirts, hoodies, and banners, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original condition.
Return Process for Non-Custom Products:

Eligibility for Return: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

3. Digital Products (Including 3D Models, Digital Assets, and Other Downloadable Products)
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., 3D models, cartoonic models, digital assets), we do not accept returns or exchanges for digital purchases once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Exceptions for Digital Products:
